Registration

IMPORTANT: A registration session includes ten (10) weeks from Memorial Day week to the second week in August. Special requests for team placement, coach selection, specific practice times/dates, and friend teammates cannot be honored.

Soccerfest Registration

Please use the registration form for Soccerfest (last weekend in June).

Registration Date and Price

Registration occurs yearly in January for a discounted price per player. After January the standard registration price of $110 is applied.

Registration Scholarship

We have limited resources and can grant a limited number of partial fee waivers only in cases of true financial need. Please see the Region 419 Scholarship Application for details.

Open Registration Process

1) Go to http://www.eayso.org and follow the instructions to register
2) Make sure to include the uniform shirt and shorts sizes (manually write on the form see FAQ for sizes)
3) Print a copy of the registration (make sure to sign and date)
4) Mail the signed form with a check made out to AYSO for $110 to:

Age Divisions

How the AGE fits into the DIVISION: The AYSO 'year' starts in August (for example the 2012-2013 Membership year is from 8/1/2012-7/31/2013). Use the age of the player prior to August 1st to quickly determine the division where they belong.
